Illegalities and Thuggery have no place in the Patriotic Front

What happened today is unfortunate.
A series of events where a Tonse Alliance Meeting occurred today, youths from the Patriotic Front stormed the meeting and disrupted it and the Zambia Police was called in to restore order, presents a picture of leadership failure.
My strong views on these matter are;
1. The Convening of Tonse Alliance Meeting without proper procedure was an act of illegality and indiscipline. Order and discipline forms the bedrock of any functional organisation, any revolutionary entity or formation presenting itself as an alternative leadership to the UPND.
2. The unleashing of youths from the Party Secretariat to go and disrupt another illegal meeting was another act of gross indiscipline. This was also utter failure to learn from the past where brutal force and thuggery reigned, and Zambians punished the Patriotic Front for allowing terror and political violence to resolve issues.
3. The release of the so called list purportedly approved by the Late President, Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu, is a clear abuse of his name, an act of utmost disrespect to his previous authority and his memories. Dwelling on this list or its substance or its merit is a futile exercise as it is bogus, fraudulent and should not attract any further attention.
Until we demonstrate maturity, leadership and direct our energy and focus on the vision to emancipate this country, our efforts will remain futile, and our actions will be betrayal and an act of irresponsibility to Zambians who are looking to us to provide national solutions and to provide alternative leadership.

It’s not good to talk ill about the dead , as they are not there to defend themselves.
But thoroughly looking at events in the PF, I see the Problems in this grouping as being the making of the late Edgar Chagwa Lungu. They were caused by him when he was alive, and things are falling apart in his death because of failure to give the Party Strategical Direction..and leadership when the party required this.
…the Procrastination in holding the Patriotic Front Convention ( BLUNDER NO. 1 ) by the Late President Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu set in motion a series of Events, Dominos were initiated which are now leading to the Total Collapse of the Patriotic Front.
Failure to hold the convention created a gap in Leadership. Miles Sampa with the help of the Mingalatoon was therefore able to organize an Illegal Patriotic Front Conference, giving birth to his presidency, Ngona as SG and Robert Chabinga as Leader of Opposition… the latter eventually usurping the Presidency with the help of the Mingalatoon.
Confused about what had happened Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu came out of retirement, and thought he could claim back the Patriotic Front.. It proved difficult as the Mingalatoon’s Courts had other ideas… Preliminary Issues after preliminary Issues, and the main Cases couldn’t be heard. He hit a Judicial Brick wall.
He started looking for alliances ( BLUNDER NO. 2 ) , when the man had 60 Members of Parliament, 600 Councilors, Mayors and Council Chair persons…and intact Party Structures through out the Country who were loyal to the legitimate Leaders of the Party.
Without proper consultations with the Party Central Committee, Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu took the Patriotic Front to the United Kwacha Alliance ( UKA ) , and problems immediately started.. Sakwiba Sikota, Sean Tembo, Apostle Dan Pule, Saboi, nonentities with no following started controlling the Patriotic Front..as Members of Parliament, Councilors, Mayors and Council Chair persons started watching with amazement. Saboi Imboela Controlling and ridiculing the 6th President??
Instead of doing a Post Mortem…and looking at the Vultures who were eyeing the PF Party, the late President made the biggest Strategic Blunders of all..He allowed him self and the Patriotic Front to be taken to Sean Tembo’s Tonse Alliance…( BLUNDER NO.3 ) .
Moving from a frying pan into a fire!
And the Vultures said, Thank you very much! It’s now a feast by Vultures on the Patriotic Front Carcass..The general membership is now just confused… They have had enough.
Sadly Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu dies, leaving behind this Confusion in the Patriotic Front..and even fake lists by Vultures can even be released.
You down grade Hon Given Lubinda, and then KBF becomes Chairman of Mobilisation…so that he gets PF Structures??? This is nonsense.
If the Faction of Given Lubinda and Raphael Nakachinda, decides to take the party out of the Tonse Alliance, Some PF members the Brian Mundubile Led, might chose to stay hoping to grab the Presidency . The levels of discipline are very low. It’s now each one for himself.
It’s all about Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu ‘s Leadership, or his lack of Leadership which has led to the demise of the Patriotic Front. Am sorry to say this, but it is the truth.

Mwamba irregularities and illegal practices in PF started a long time ago and you were part of it.

The convention that brought in ECL leadership was a sham. PF without a strong man can survive and ba mwamba, you are not that type to fit in. Perhaps the likes of Kambwili is what course have fit into Junior cobra.
Welcome to reality. The sooner you apologise and come and serve your sentence the better.

Nkuku man “alasa” Nyanja and Bemba meaning Nkuku man is straight to the point.The PF group is incorrigible.Mwamba must come back and organize his party.This is the results of misplaced priorities of the PF, they spent time using abusive language and breaking the law instead of organizing the party.I told them you have not yet reached the noise stage meaning they were far from reaching bargaining.The noise that happened yesterday is not about bargaining that one is disorganization.This means they may now head for disbanding.We need a credible opposition and PF must have been the one but old habits die hard.Kalaba and M’membe are too small, so we are stuck with opposition now.Zambia is a vast country with different geographic features with a lot of people or voters all over, to reach them you need enough time.For 2026 the opposition must forget.UPND and the President are many miles far gone.The opposition must just plan for after 2030 elections.If they continue with their behavior it means until after 2045.Most of them will have retired from politics.Fresh blood may do better.
