Iran Displays Massive Billboards Threatening to Kill Trump as Diplomatic Efforts Continue
Iran has unveiled massive billboards and banners across Tehran carrying explicit threats against US President Donald Trump, escalating its anti-American messaging as diplomatic efforts to revive negotiations with Washington continue.
One of the largest displays, installed above Enghelab Square in central Tehran, features an image of Trump behind bars with his head bowed alongside the words, “We will kill Trump.”
Other displays depict Trump alongside US Vice President JD Vance, US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, portraying them with bloodied faces against damaged American and Israeli flags.
The displays have appeared amid renewed efforts by international mediators to bring Washington and Tehran back to the negotiating table and prevent a resumption of military hostilities.
The conflict, which began with US-Israeli strikes against Iran on February 28, has spread across the region, disrupting energy supplies and driving up global economic costs.
Despite the threatening public messaging, Trump has said a diplomatic agreement with Iran could still be possible, leaving negotiations and military tensions unfolding simultaneously.
