Breaking News | IRGC Issues Strike Threat Against 18 U.S. Companies Across the Middle East, Sets April 1 Deadline
Iran’s Isl∆mic Revolution∆ry Gu∆rd Corps (I₹GC) has issued a formal threat to attack the regional operations of 18 American technology, defense, and finance companies across the Middle East, with strikes set to commence at 8:00 PM Tehran time on Wednesday, April 1.
The threat was published through Sepah News, the IRGC’s official outlet, and later amplified via the IRGC’s official Telegram channel. The full list of named companies includes: Apple, Google, Microsoft, Meta, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Oracle, Dell, HP, Nvidia, Palantir, JPMorgan Chase, Tesla, General Electric, Boeing, Spire Solutions, and UAE-based AI firm G42.
In its statement, the IRGC accused these companies of functioning as intelligence assets, stating that American information technology and AI corporations are the primary elements involved in designing and tracking targets for strikes against Iran. The IRGC declared that for every act it characterizes as an assassination on Iranian soil, a corresponding facility belonging to one of the named companies will be targeted for destruction.
The statement included a rare and explicit civilian warning. Employees of all listed companies were instructed to vacate their workplaces immediately. Residents within a 1-kilometer radius of any associated facility across all countries in the region were urged to relocate to a safe area before the stated deadline.
The threat represents a significant escalation in the ongoing U.S.-Iran conflict, marking the first time Tehran has publicly extended its declared target list from military installations and energy infrastructure to multinational commercial and technology corporations operating in the Gulf.
The U.S. State Department confirmed it is tracking the threat and has advised American citizens in Saudi Arabia, including those near hotels, U.S. businesses, and educational institutions, to shelter in place.
