SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says he has never seen a government that praises itself more than the UPND government.
Dr M’membe says the self-praise exhibited by the UPND government is an indication that it has not achieved anything, stating that good works speak for themselves.
Speaking when he featured on Radio Luswepo, Saturday, Dr M’membe said citizens were laughing at the UPND government because of their self-praise. “I have never seen people who like to praise themselves like the UPND government.

There is need for praising because the political environment has been poisoned by toxic and malicious propaganda generated by thieves who stole during the previous regime.
Lies must be countered.
By the simple truth.
Free education has transformed lives. That is not empty praise. It is a simple fact.
And no one is stopping Membe or any other expired politicians from generating ideas that will better the lives of Zambians. Create good ideas and people will praise you. It’s that simple. Don’t however hate your friend when he is praised.
When is this old, bitter politician going to grow up kanshi? We are less than six months to the elections and all we get from him are tirades of bitterness, tribalism, jealousy and pettiness. Maybe that’s his style of campaigning. Well, we are equal to the task. We will give him a Sean Tembo electoral dosage this August.
You were unwilling to pay taxes. You declared bankruptcy to evade repaying loans obtained for your businesses from money lenders. Your business failed due to your lack of business acumen; you are incapable of managing any significant enterprise, much less a country.
