Sangwa writes HH, cautions him against altering the Constitution
By Taonga Tembo
CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa State Counsel says it is commendable that President Hakainde Hichilema has so far not succumbed to the temptation of creating or amending the Constitution.
And Sangwa says President Hichilema should respect the constitutional limitations of his office and do better than his predecessor, Edgar Lungu.
Meanwhile, Sangwa says
The entire country, and SADC region, know exactly how slippery Hakainde is. Not trustworthy at all.
Vote wisely in 2026.
ECL is a snake who’s more slippery?
Your level of stupidity and your entire Defunct TuPF criminals never fails to amaze me

Indigo Tryol always full of PF M*tuvi propaganda mukamwa mwako. You are not even a representative of the entire Africa and SADC to speak nonsense against President HH. Very soon uzazimangilila iwe PF mbuzi before 2026 elections where your political club is assured of another embarrassing defeat. Yes we shall vote wisely for HH as we did it without your foolish directive Mambala iwe.
What has President Hakainde Hichilema done to you for your to say he is slippery? You are just an idiot who hates someone who is better off than you.God gave everyone every chance to excel in life. Why are you a failure?
You guys are just talking. So that when HH steps down, they want to say its them who stopped him from going for a 3rd term, or from extending his 2 terms to 7 years each. Anyway we are here following. HH will emerge the greatest ever president. Stop cheating yourselves
We have problem in Zambia. We innuendo becomes fact.
Two weeks ago State House released a Press Statement to set the record straight on the issue of the third term. It is interesting that an entire State Counsel can perpetuate further unfound insinuations of constitutional Amendment.
What is he basing his assertions on? Mwamba and his rumour mill? Kaunda warned us of Kachepa. People seeking notoriety through falsehoods. Mr. Sangwa ought to be “bigger than that”.
Beyond his intent to form a Political party, doesnt he have better things to do instead of being a “fan fare?”
