KAMPYONGO DEMANDS POLICE DEPLOYMENT IN KAPANDA WARD.
……. As he condemns UPND violence on PF members and innocent Kapanda ward residents.

Patriotic Front PF Member of Central Committee Hon Stephen Kampyongo dated the people of Mutale Munkonge in Kapanda ward of Lukashya constituency to drum up support for the PF candidate Amos Chishala in the Friday Kapanda ward by election.
Hon Kampyongo was accompanied by fellow people member of central committee Hon George Chisanga who is also Lukashya Constituency Member of Parliament along with PF provincial, district, constituency and ward officials.
While on his campaign trail today, Hon Kampyongo cautioned the ruling UPND against agitating violence during the campaign as they did when they hacked brutalized PF officials and hacked innocent villagers yesterday.
He told them to live by the tales of their Party President who is also head of state whom he says has been on rampage claiming to end violence and yesterday’s show is testament that the UPND has continued to practice their Mapatizya and Mufumbwe formulas of violence into the ruling.
Hon Kampyongo further challenged the UPND to instead focus on explaining to the people of Kapanda the good that has come with late delivery of farming inputs to them as well as cancellation of contacts for feeder roads in the ward as opposed to brutalizing them.
He affirmed that no amount violence and intimidation will sway the people of Kapanda from teaching President Hichilema and his government a lesson through the ballot on Friday for all their bad governance since they’ve been in power.
Hon Kampyongo tipped the people of Kapanda ward to remember how UPND cadres have been going round grabbing and stealing the very little fertilizer that they have received very late as they go into the ballot box on Friday by voting for the PF candidate.
And Hon Kampyongo who is immediate passed Minister of Home Affairs has wondered why the Zambia Police command is reluctant to deploy police officers to man the ward that is having a by election.
Hon Kampyongo insisted that by now police officers should have already been deployed to Kapanda to keep vigil as voting day is within site as opposed to the status quo.
He wondered if it is a deliberate ploy by the UPND to allow themselves to move their violent cadres from Lusaka in the ward to terrorize people and intimidate them.
He has since urged the police command to deploy enough man power to man the ward before the voters are defeated by the fear of being brutalized and assaulted by Lusaka based UPND cadres who have been brought into the area.
