At long last finally the kasama mayor -ELECT peter yuda CHIKWETI will be installed as mayor of kasama.
According to the program released by kasama municipal council the event will start at 14hr venue being civic center grounds.
Surprisingly, acting northern province permanent secretary Undi phiri will be the guest of honor a move which may set a new tone of reconciliation.
Miss phiri recently alleged that peter yuda was among nrpup cadres who caused havoc by storming her house on 14 th august when vote counting in the country was underway.
Peter yuda got apprehended by police and spent 10 days behind bars. He was charged with criminal tresspass and unlawful assembly.
