KELVIN KAUNDA OFFERS JOB OPPORTUNITY TO VIRAL GRADUATE LISA KAOMA IN POWERFUL ACT OF FORGIVENESS AND RESTORATION
He shared……..
I have decided to offer Lisa Kaoma employment at a named hospital here in Lusaka.
Lisa deserves a second chance; a chance to show that one moment of youthful excitement should not define her career or future. The young lady was recently cited for misconduct, after her graduation video went viral.
While some chose to judge her, I chose to see passion, confidence, and joy. She is a reminder that our young professionals are human too – and sometimes, all they need is guidance and encouragement, not condemnation.
It is our vision to provide our youths with decent jobs and business opportunities.
On this National Day of Prayer, Fasting, and Reconciliation, I believe the best way to live the message is through action; by forgiving, restoring, and giving others a reason to hope again.
Because leadership is not about punishing mistakes – it’s about creating second chances. ❤️
If anyone has Lisa Kaoma’s phone number or email address, kindly inbox me. She needs to report for work on Monday, 20th October, 2025.

Who did this nurse offend? Socialist Party or the nursing Profession which she distainly failed to uphold its conduct.
Is Nursing one of those professions that one can afford to exercise youthful excitement?
Imagine your life being in the hands of one such professional who knows because she is a youth can act in such a manner with your life while under her care. Imagine a Pilot acting in such a manner excitedly leading the copit to attend to his “youthful excitement” that could cost lives. Imagine a fire fighter having a light moment while a fire rages and lives are at stake.
Mr. Kaunda should stick to politics and let professional do what they need to do. The very standard that was used to point at HH a week ago is now being used. Yet Mmembe of the very SP used language to describe the Head of State as a minion. Are these the same people we should allow to preside over us? Is this the culture we want in our professionals?
Life will not give the person a second chance when its lost due this nurse’s recklessness. So why should we tolerate indisciplined professionals among us. When will we aspire to greater heights if we compromise our standards.
A line needs to be drawn somewhere. We cant have intolerable behaviour in hope that it will never happen again among our health care practioners. Lets be serious about work and what it means. If Kaunda wants to allow her to behave in that manner let him do it privately and not in a Party stature as this is also reflective of what the Socialist Party stands for….besides he wants to stand as an independent…so one can hardly understand what this youngman even stands for…
The gesture may look good but the one who is offering the job is not working for the organization that instills some descipline in the nursing profession. That employer may be prosecuted and will start claiming political persecution. The proffessional bodies have the mandate to deal with their members in case of violation of ethics. There is the practicing license aspect. Some politicians we have in our country have stopped thinking. Their preoccupation is to be in power at all cost.If they start breaking the laws when they are not in power how about when they are given power?
The two comments above are unique and above the earth, good points Brothers. Hope many of us learn from your wisdom. The Nurse should go through a disciplinary committee so that others learn from it to avoid more of the misconduct. It will not be the end of her life but a better lesson of her life actually. She will still have her licence after going through disciplinary process.
In Zambia, it seems the shortest way to fame and favour is to acquire some notoriety. Outrageous behaviour is richly rewarded pa Zed. Just look at Why me and the attention he garnered in PF circles! Even being given a cosy place in exile in Zimbabwe.
What are our values as a nation? Discipline is frowned upon as being harsh, intolerant; prosecution of looters of national resources is seen as political persecution.
Iam buffled by what Zambia has become.
Stupid Mr Kaunda stuck thus in your mind nurse graduate before getting registered to practise. Unless protocols have changed because of those mushroom schools of nursing who are produced that uncouth uncultured unmannered nurse with no nursing etiquette. Really traditionally trained nurses donot participate or show off or get excited that way. That nurse just displayed what she will be after getting the license in her filthy hands. And will start clearing your family stupid Kaunda
Let us approach the youth with a more compassionate approach .This would help foster understanding and growth among the youth. By choosing dialogue and patience over harshness, we can encourage them to learn from their mistakes and become responsible members of society.
I think maybe her beauty has offended some people; you never know, mwandi.
