LEAKED HSI MEMO REVEALS EIGHT-MONTH FEDERAL CASE AGAINST ILHAN OMAR BEFORE HOME RAID

Glenn Beck obtained an internal Homeland Security Investigations memo showing federal agents spent eight months assembling a case on Rep. Ilhan Omar before ever knocking on her door. The document specifically requests her complete unredacted passport history, flags potential federal violations for false passport statements and false claims of U.S. citizenship, and explicitly raises the possibility of civil denaturalization.

That paper trail matches the October 12 raid on her Washington, D.C. home. Roughly fifteen to twenty-five HSI agents arrived before dawn, executed a judicially authorized search warrant, and left with her personal cell phone, computers, passport, notebooks, and other files. Grand jury subpoenas also went out to members of her family. Beck noted the memo explains the scope of the operation and warned that if agents actually possess the supporting evidence, the consequences could be severe.

The investigation focuses on Omar’s immigration paperwork from the mid-1990s refugee entry and her 2000 naturalization at age seventeen, which she has long said occurred through her father.

Sources familiar with the probe told multiple outlets the goal includes determining whether false statements or concealment of material facts were used to obtain citizenship, which could open the door to denaturalization and deportation proceedings. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin later described the overall case as strong and confirmed agents served multiple warrants the same day.

Omar has denied any wrongdoing and called the raid political intimidation timed ahead of the midterms. She stated she had only a few hours of sleep when agents arrived, estimated the number of personnel at fifteen to twenty-five, and said they removed about seventeen items. She has also indicated she plans to move from the residence for safety reasons after the search made the address more widely known.

Earlier reviews of similar allegations under previous administrations reportedly did not advance due to insufficient evidence. The current probe, now public through the leaked memo and the confirmed raid, marks a clear escalation.

Proving the allegations in court remains difficult, but the existence of an eight-month investigative file, seized documents, and family subpoenas shows the questions surrounding Omar’s citizenship path are no longer confined to speculation.
