KAIRA CONGRATULATES CHIPOYA, CALLS FOR UNITY IN NCHANGA
2031 Nchanga Constituency aspiring Member of Parliament Mulaza Kaira has congratulated Hon. Rosemary Chipoya on taking her Oath of Office as Member of Parliament for the 2026–2031 term, calling for unity and collective efforts to develop the constituency.
Kaira said although the election results did not favour his aspirations, he respected the decision of the electorate and pledged his support to Chipoya.
“Elections are the heartbeat of our democracy,” Kaira said, adding that the campaign period was over and attention should now turn to serving Nchanga.
He urged Chipoya to maintain an open-door policy and engage residents regardless of their political affiliations.
“Leadership, after all, is not about titles; it is about service, humility and the relentless pursuit of a better life for those we represent,” he said.
Kaira also encouraged members of his campaign team and supporters not to be discouraged by the election outcome, saying their commitment to Nchanga should continue beyond the polls.
“Our journey continues. We are a call away if ever we are needed,” he said
He called on residents across the constituency to put aside political differences and contribute towards development through ideas, labour, prayers and community participation.
“When Nchanga wins, we all win,” Kaira said.
Kaira further congratulated Chipoya and expressed hope that her tenure would deliver meaningful and lasting development.
He also urged her to remain accessible to residents and promote dialogue and cooperation across the constituency
He reaffirmed his commitment to Nchanga and described his message as one of service, unity and continued community engagement.
