MUNIR ZULU TO BE SENTENCED ON FRIDAY
FORMER Lumezi lawmaker Munir Zulu has been found guilty of seditious practices and he will be sentenced on Friday.
The seditious practices was in relation to utterances he made in 2023 that President Hakainde Hichilema would dissolve Parliament and call for early elections on September 8,2023.
The utterances are said to have incited Zambians.
In the picture, lawyer Simon Mwila and Munir’s wife Kasenge walk to the holding cell to see the convict after the case was adjourned to Friday for sentencing.
Mwila was standing in for Zulu’s lawyer, Boniface Chiwala, who is reportedly out of town.

Would the British prime minister arrest anyone if they said he would dissolve parliament and call for early elections? Is that even an offence in any normal functioning country?

I pray and command that the court exercises it’s utmost wisdom by imposing the maximum jail sentence and then wait for that degenerate nkana hoodlum to make similar statement so they can stay in high spirits together at mwembeshi.

Is lying an offence? I do not think so myself but then I’m no law enforcement officer. Munir Zulu has a very shallow understanding of democracy. Those able to talk to him do not even bother to help him. The only price liers pay is that they’re despised by society.
Well, Hakainde is the biggest liar in the country and no one is arresting him. The lies by Munir did not hurt anyone. Who exactly did Munir incite?
