MWATA KAZEMBE NOT HAPPY WITH JAILING OF TWO PF MPs Ronald Chitotela and Nixon Chilangwa
The Lunda Chief Mwata Kazembe is said not to be happy following the sentencing to prison of two MPs from Luapula whom he calls his son’s – Ronald Chitotela of Pambashi and Nixon Chilangwa of Kawambwa following their alleged burning of the UPND vehicle during the 2021 elections.
The Mwata showed it during his Umutomboko ceremony on Saturday where he is said to have snubbed the government delegation. He according to information reaching Zambian Eye did not want to have anything to do with the Hakainde Hichilema administration.
As Zambian Eye we know that Mwata Kazembe had always been like that when it comes with his subjects being probed. He showed it during President Levy Mwanawasa when he tried his predecessor Frederick Chiluba.
He however accommodated the Party for Unity, Democracy and Development (PUDD) a tribal party grouping formed by politicians from Luapula headed by late Chitalu Sampa supported by Chiluba. This group late dissolved and joined PF

Stop peddling lies about the Mwata that he supports anything including criminality if and when his subjects commit such. Don’t bring the Mwata into your political stupidity! Have some respect for the Mwata.
How should criminal conduct be dealt with? Is Mwata Kazembe saying that courts should be closed in Luapula province? If he’s really worried about sending his subjects to prison, let him not choose politicians only. Let him be worried about every Luapulan who gets jailed.
When a country finds itself confronted by political violence from two sides, you don’t imprison one and ignore the violence from the other party. The UPND has been documented as carrying out Violence from 2006 when Hakainde Hichilema took over the party. For him he was in some liberation struggle. In 2016 for example People’s houses were burnt in Namwala..and chased from their homes. And there was violence directed against people from the north east whom they assumed to be PF sympathizers. Buses were sent to Namwala and other areas of southern Province to get people whose livelihood and homes had been destroyed. In independent Zambia, we were seeing genocide.
The UPND directed it’s violence against MMD, PF and now we are seeing its violence against the Socialist Party. It’s this party and Government now sending people to prison for violence. What hypocrisy!
Edgar Lungu after 2016 didn’t send the Namwala arsonists to prison. Instead he instituted a commission to look at electoral violence.
The murderers of the late Jackson Kungo haven’t been brought to Justice.
The arsonists who were torching markets are still at large.. while some suspects have walked away with huge compensation.
The Mwata Kazembe has all the rights to express his disgust at the UPND government’s double standards..

What happened in Namwala in the aftermath of the 2016 Presidential and General Elections was ethnic Cleansing. If this had happened in other areas , this time, the ‘lesser people ‘ like Chilangwa and Chitotela could have been rotting in some jail ..but the offences were committed by the sacreds ..the untouchables, and they are walking the land free, with foolish pride, thinking we are naive. But time is coming, those Namwala arsonists will also have their day in court…
And the Great Mwata Kazembe has eyes and can see the injustices being perpetrated against his people.. classified as suffering from poverty of the mind, by the sacreds…the untouchables.
Kungo’s killers are facing justice. The fact that you do not know is irrelevant.
Kungo was planned by his enchmen after Chihili was killed by PF thugs two days before day of elections.
Please ask PF insiders of Solwezi will tell you the truth about Kungo’s death.

If at the chief is not happy then it’s unfortunate in the sense that these members of Parliament committed an offense ,suppose these two scorched the car for the chief what could he reacted ? Let our traditional leaders think so low. It’s good that the law enforcement agencies are not interested in supporting the wrong.

Edgar Lungu’s Barber , Chilekwa and Madam Mumbi Phiri were arrested, Charged , committed to the High Court and tried , with the former being convicted and the latter nolle prosquied ,for the murder of a violent UPND thug Gadaffi. This was done in record time and publicly.
Here was a decent man Jackson Kungo( MHSRIP) …a family man, of fixed abode , with wife and children, killed by UPND Thugs, and 3 years on, no one knows who has been arrested and charged, in which court they are appearing, and why they haven’t been committed to the High Court.
And here we are with Namwala Genocidal Arsonists, who committed ethnic cleansing against people from the north east in 2016 walking our land , proud and free criminals. The Mapatizya formula victims, Victims of the Red Terror , the Soweto Market and other markets arsonists… compensated by our tax payers money for alleged involvement in Arson!
And Chama is in jail for the so called Hate Speech, and “Why me” in detention without bail or police bond or trial for the same…talk of Ba Apostle Pule, Madam Edith Nawakwi…and Chitotela and Nicolas Chilangwa now in Jail..and on and on.
And yet the Self Confessed instigator and promoter of Tribal Hate speech Cornelius Mweetwa and his counter part in tribal Hate Douglas Siakalima are Free…sacred and untouchable.
It’s not just the Mwata who is annoyed… Many and many more are angry with these double standards.

To hell with the Chief if what’s written it’s true. The resources belong to all Zambians.
Chiefs should be holding the bible and made to swear to protect the constitution of Zambia. Only then shall we have chiefs who do not support the breaking of laws by their subjects.
Whether the chief is happy or sad doesn’t change the fact that his subjects are convicted felons, just sack it up!
Let’s just disband and degazette these Chiefdoms the way Tanzania did!
