YES, WE WORKED WITH NDAMBO IN 2021 & MOBILIZED MONEY FOR PF VOTE PROTECTION & YOUTHS SECURITY & HE IS FREE TO CONTEST AS PARTY LEADER – DORA

Former Information Minister in the PF regime Dora Siliya has confirmed Media reports that James Ndambo is their (PF) member.

Dora says Ndambo working closely with Former President Edgar Lungu made a lot of financial contributions to the PF and especially vote protection and youth security.

She says My Home Town was her childhood brain adding that Ndambo was asked to join PF fund party activities which included chiefs across the country.

“Ndambo is not a stranger to the PF. He worked with us in the background. Initially, when he wanted to go public with his gestures, he faced resistance but after he met President Lungu, the Central Committee of the party was informed to work with him in mobilising resources for the 2021 vote protection, campaigns and all and so, I won’t deny the fact that he is our party member and he is free to contest as party leader at the coming convention,” said Dora Siliya to George Lemba.

Asked if she would contest as Petauke Central MP under the PF leadership of Ndambo, Dora stated that she would contest anywhere including in Lusaka but that this is not her priority.

James Ndambo has come under fierce political attacks including suspicions that he is a ritualist when he pretended not to know the facts and also not declaring that he was a PF member but kept saying that he was not interested in politics and yet his language is political.

According to PF insiders, Ndambo is the only pillar to help rebrand the party which suffered election losses in 2021 though PF founders like Chishimba Kambwili and Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba are stating that no chancer should be allowed to run PF after Edgar Lungu.

James Ndambo in 2006 at the UPND convention after the death of Mazoka lost the election to Hakainde Hichilema as he (Ndambo) only got 3 votes out of hundreds of voters drawn from across the country.

It was then that he went into an alliance with the MMD as an underground operative and later joined PF again as underground operative, Koswe has been told.
