P3n!s Enlargement Procedure Led to Influencer’s Deadly Blood Clot, Coroner Finds
British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, died on March 6, 2026, aged 43, after undergoing a penis-enlargement procedure during a luxury trip to Thailand with his wife.
Coroner Jean Harkin, sitting at Inner West London Coroners’ Court, heard that 40ml of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine was injected at a Thai clinic.
Ubiribo later developed chest pain, collapsed and suffered a pulmonary embolism — a blood clot that blocks blood flow to the lungs. A UK post-mortem found cellular material matching the hyaluronic acid in his lungs.
Harkin concluded that the cosmetic procedure caused the pulmonary embolism that led to his death.
The findings emerged publicly on September 5, 2026, almost six months after his death.
Igho had about 185,000 Instagram followers and was known for his lavish lifestyle. He owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw neighborhood and a $600,000 apartment in London.
He and Danielle, a fashion designer and socialite, married in a lavish $473,000 ceremony in Zimbabwe in 2022.
