JUST IN: PF CADRES ESCAPE BEATINGS FROM UPND IN NDOLA AFTER ATTEMPTING TO BURN FRANK TAYALI’S BILLBOARD THIS EVENING.
Irate PF cadres escaped evening Red beatings in Ndola after Bowman Lusambo sent them to bring down Frank Tayali’s Billboard of Ndola Central. The PF cadres combined forces from Chifubu, Kabushi and Bwana Mkubwa.
They had 4 ladders and where 15 in total with vehicles parked in redness for the Billboard destruction as two where on the way climbing. They where seen by people who accidentally happened to be UPND members for Ndola central as they where returning from their Political programs.
Within few minutes UPND regrouped into a large mob and descended on PF as they ran away as fast as they could.
CIC can confirm that no one has been hurt or any vehicle destroyed as they did not meet at close range but a chase pursuit saved the PF cadres as they ran into nearby residential yards.
UPND have warned that anyone trying to attack them or destroy any billboard or campaign posters belonging to any UPND Candidate will be met with deadly force on Ndola soil.
“Ndola has so many billboards for Socialist party president Mr Fred M’Membe why can’t PF go and destroy it? Why only follow UPND billboard when it’s the only and first billboard for UPND in Ndola against multiple Billboards for Dr Fred M’Membe and PF themselves do they see us UPND attempting to destroy them?” Asked one of the UPND members who refused to be named.
“We will be patrolling in the city we warn Bowman Lusambo to take his stupidity to Kabushi in Ndola central we won’t torelate such types of provocations because it costs money to erect such billboards” added another official.
Efforts to contact Frank Museba Tayali who is the said UPND Ndola Candidate on the Billboard proved futile as his phone was unreachable.
