PRESIDENT HICHILEMA IS DETERMINED TO DESTROY THE OPPOSITION

Patriotic Front Secretary General, Hon. Raphael Nakacinda has said President Hakainde Hichilema
Magistrate is determined to destroy the Opposition in Zambia.
Nakacinda was reacting to the imprisonment of Kawambwa MP, Nixon Chilangwa, Pambashe MP, Hon. Ronald Chitotela, Kawambwa Council Chairperson, Kalumba
Martin Namushi and others should have recused himself in light of the allegations made against him and reported to the Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC).
He also condemned the JCC for not hearing the complaint against the Magistrate.
He said the occurrence in Kawambwa was a long-standing scheme to steal Patriotic Front Constituency and Ward seats.
Nakacinda encouraged members of the Patriotic Front to remain steadfast in light of concerted efforts and assault against the Patriotic Front.
Nakacinda said the Party will continue to fight and consolidate itself despite the malicious attacks against its leadership.
He called on Zambians to join the battle to save democracy in Zambia.
Men cast the lot but God determines the out come. 2026 is God’s year to show his greatness.

Mushe for pipo like Nakachinda, democracy means ignoring illegality committed by people in pf while in power or what? His and others” thinking begs much to be desired.right now there are issues of corruption involving some current regime which Nakachinda and other’s want the government to fight head on and yet anything that twitches previous regime means stifling democracy, what .anger of mindset it is.

When did HH become a judge or a magistrate to have sentenced these people. When is Nkachinda going to learn that it is a crime to break the law..
I still do not understand the relationship between a judgement by a court of law and destroying democracy.
Does President HH make judgments in criminal cases?
If you are not happy with the judgement then you can appeal to the higher court instead of always blaming upnd.
Are magistrates subject to Judicial Complaints Authority jurisdiction? Not as far as I know unless the law has suddenly been changed. Misconduct by a magistrate is subject to the Chief Justice’s disciplinary action. Raphael Nakacinda claims he has an audio recording which implicates the Kawambwa magistrate in a plot with unnamed UPND officials in which he was instructed to convict Ronald Chitotela and Nickson Chilangwa with or without evidence. This is an extremely serious allegation and worries every upright citizen.The UPND is expected to clear its name by taking legal action against Nakacinda.
Indeed, he is determined to destroy it before it destroys him.
Habitual law breaking will destroy PF.The PF must understand the Penal code as well as the criminal procedure code.If any thing the police is too good for you otherwise if they were to be strict a lot of you were going to be arrested.It is either you are not knowledgeable about law or I don’t care attitude is being exhibited.You were the ruling party you misbehaved and in opposition you want to continue.Dont blame UPND over your own wrong actions.
