Putin Announces More Than 30 Major Russian Projects Across 16 African Countries
Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced plans for more than 30 major Russian projects across 16 African countries, highlighting Moscow’s growing economic and technological engagement with the continent.
Speaking about technological sovereignty, Putin said Russia is ready to share its expertise, advanced technologies and specialised know-how with its African partners, describing them as “African friends.”
The announcement signals Russia’s continued efforts to strengthen its economic, technological and strategic partnerships across Africa.
