SOLIDARITY WITH JOHN SANGWA.

Fellow country men and women, PF Lusaka Provincial Chairman Kennedy Kamba’s threats on State Council John Sangwa is cheap useless and nonsensical.

We would like to categorically state that should anything happen to lawyer John Sangwa, we are going to hold PF Lusaka province Chairman Kennedy Kamba and Former shadow Political Advisor Kaizer Zulu accountable for directing all PF cadres to treat Sangwa as a political opponent.

State Council John Sangwa is a Zambia who has the right to petition any person over issues he is not in agreement with in line with the law of the land.189824299_510940073688687_8608215567045687849_n

 PF thinks they own Zambia it is nonsensical to threaten somebody trying to call the nation to order.
 PF feels they are above and beyond the law such that they can intimidate anybody.
 PF should and must stop intimidating the citizen.
 PF should start putting the house in order. Zambia is for Zambians and not for PF

Sangwa is exercising his constitutional right by challenging Lungu’s illegal third term. It is on record that Mr Lungu threatens judges whenever there is a serious matter in court.

We are calling on well meaning Zambians to rally behind John Sangwa and join hands with him in protecting the Zambian constitution in petitioning the Constitutional court to declare null and void President Edgar Lungu’s nomination to contest the 2021 general election.

During the presidential petition Concourt judges abandoned the petition for fear of being beaten by PF thugs that were sent by state house who had camped at Concourt premises.

We must all remember it was all because of such threats that we are in this situation today. The judges passed a judgement veiled with jargons to try and hide the truth. They interpreted the constitution according to the 2016 constitution, forgetting that Mr Lungu ruled through two constitutions and his contract is validated by the old clauses. In fact it was 1996 constitution that even gave him power to even sign the 2016 constitution. There is no judgement for Mr Lungu and third Kamba is talking about without interpreting first the 1996 constitution. This amount of ignorance on straight forward issues will cost PF.

Here is my questions;-
1.Was ECL elected twice?
2.Was ECL sworn in twice?
3.Did ECL held office twice?
Kindly answer these three questions.
After following Elections events from 25/1/2015 to date, and after reading both constitution 1996 and 2016 amended one. My other question would be
1. Who was holding office of the president on 26/1/2015
2. Who was holding office of the president in 2016 after Elections
3. How many parliaments did ECL dissolved. Considering that a term runs concurrently to parliament life span.

Sometimes we Zambians should not combine constitution and political affiliations. The constitution is not only for lawyers but everyone. Some articles and clauses doesn’t need a lawyer to understand.

Let truth justice to prevailed . No amount of intimidating can stop Zambia to speak the truth.
