Some regional Presidents want Lungu family cases dropped in exchange for body – Kavindele

FORMER vice-president Enock Kavindele has revealed that some regional presidents suggested the Zambian government drop cases against former president Edgar Lungu’s family in exchange for the repatriation of his remains.
And Kavindele says the Zambian delegation achieved its mission in South Africa, but was left in the dark as to why

That is rubbish. Its an insult to the Zambian people that borne the brunt and sacrifice for them to be independent and the reason why Edgar Lungu was voted out office.
Zambia under Kaunda made tremenous scarifice for the countries some of these regional leaders and their people to have the freedom they have. What have they done in return for Zambia in sacrifice? Nothing.
Zambia is reeling from debt and draught not to mention loadshedding that we bear due to the dirty hands of Lungu and his cohorts. They may have compromised individuals (who are moral degenerates and unpatriotic). We should not have to compromise who we are because criminals want to save their stolen wealth for the dead body of a man who dont even know for sure if he dead.
If anything the suggestion shows what digusting individuals they are to even suggest to bargin a family members body for freedom. PF members applauding the family show how dispicable they are. Enough is enough. If anything Mr. Kavindele should out those leaders as morally bankrupt and in turn point out who exact that family member is who could even suggest their father or brother or husband be swapped for their freedom. That is basically knowingly admiting to recieving money whose source is questionable.
