Election Results of the General Conference held under a No-Name Party on 21st March 2026 is the Will of God
…I accept the outcome of the General Conference. God willed it, it should be so. I may not see the good now, but it’s God’s Will”
● the Opposition must unite as an imperative. If we fail to do so, we shall be responsible for the growth of tyrany and misrule in Zambia will be on us. We will be responsible for the mess. Let us therefore unite.
● PF should withdrawal the recently launched Appeal in court, use me and others to speak to Miles Sampa. I’m ready to mediate.
● For the outcome of the elections in the Party, both parties that petitioned the outcome of the elections (that saw Makebi Zulu emerge winner) and the petitioners; ( Hon. Given Lubinda, Dr. Chishimba Kambwili, Dr. Chitalu Chilufya and Greyford Monde) should sit down and find common ground.
●I accept the outcome of the general conference held under the no-name party held on 21st March 2026.
● Miles Sampa is bound by the Agreement he made with us in the Consent Agreement of March 2025. He pledged to return the PF to Edgar Lungu. He should honour that Agreement even after following the demise of the late President.
● Let us use persuasion, let us not use cohesion or force or insults. Let us accept the legal reality,and let use dialogue.
● the Courts have constantly failed us. Let us seat with Miles Sampa as our goal may not be achieved through the courts as demonstrated the last two years.
● Miles Sampa remains our member, remains part of the process. The recnt developments of insults and flexing of muscles from both sides are regretable but salvageable.
● Edgar Chagwa Lungu left me with the task of uniting the Opposition and strengthening the Patriotic Front. I’m willing to do it.
ABOUT THE PETITION
● Elections in the Party were not held according to the rules we agreed.
●Election was not held as PF Conference but under a no-name Party
● In my case the General Conference did not produce the anticipated result.
● Certain individuals turned against me, betrayed me.
● We cried for a leader, we got a leader.
●We held the General Conference respecting the Kabwe High Court Order. No PF Party regalia was used, no description or label of the Patriotic Front was used. This was to comply with the court orders but also to give a chance the Party that left by Michael Chilufya Sata and Edgar Chagwa Lungu to produce the successor.
● Leaders and Members should transition into the Patriotic Front or a Special Purpose Vehicle.
● Let’s stop accusations against one another. Let us transition and defeat the UPND. Let’s use the energies to unite the Party.
● All losing candidates desire unity of purpose.
On Miles Sampa and the Lusaka High Court of 27th March 2026
● Until it is set aside, the Judgement holds that the Extra-Ordinary Conference held by Miles Sampa on the 24th October 2023 is valid.
● The court acts on evidence. The Judge told us we failed to prove that the Conference held by Miles Sampa was illegal. No strong evidence was laid before court that this man committed an offence, that held the general conference was illegal. We are to blame. Infact the Judge said we approached this case with Laissez-faire attitude.
● Let us not vilify Miles Sampa. This matter requires dialogue. Let us not insult Miles Sampa.
● Fighting Miles Sampa may be futile.
● The court system in Zambia is so congested that we may not achieve resoltion as shown in the past.
Your statement that Zambians will take the Characters in the Patriotic Front leadership struggles as fools if they continue on this path, is being diplomatic Hon Given Lubinda… Many Zambians already look at these characters as fools.
They have given up on these people.
And with due respect Bo Lubinda if you think Miles Sampa is a person one can trust, you have another thing coming.
Just concentrate on the ” No Name Convention” , organize the PAMODZI Alliance, find a special purpose vehicle and move on.
But one thing clear which we can all see is that Hon Makebi Zulu has no Organisational Charisma. That’s why he even lost his Parliamentary Seat in 2021.
He has been flat so far.
He needs your self and Hon Chishimba Kambwili.
If I had a way , the best position I can give Hon Makebi Zulu is running mate.
