Earlier today the SG of PF Hon Nakachinda, MCC Isaiah Bwanga and I were at the US embassy in Lusaka and had a meeting with the US Ambassador His Excellency Michael Gonzales.
We presented and discussed a number of National, Public and diaspora concerns as regards governance, selective corruption fight, selective ethnic arrests or justice, stoppage of the PF by the ECZ from participating in by-elections, capture of public institutions for partisan or hold on power advantage.
This also includes stoppage of freedoms of speech, association or expression. There has been zero protests allowed since 2021, arrests of opposition MPs & ignoring of ruling party MPs or Ministers that commit similar so called speech crimes (sedition), zero vibrant or silenced civil society, Mufumbwe Gold mine killings, Human Rights abuse on Francis Kapwepwe, the $15,000 visa bond requirement etc etc.
We shall go everywhere possible to expose the UPND & HH disregard of the ‘Rule of Law’ in preference for the ‘Rule of Man or Woman’ in all 3 arms of government namely Executive, Legislature & Judiciary plus the ECZ (Electoral Commission of Zambia).

Go and sit down. People do not want flimsy social action. Especially, orchestrated by ruthless, thirsty, angry politicians who just want to come back in power at all cost
UPND government is too tolerant to allow you to visit the USA embassy presenting false hoods. The PF government, your ruthless government could not allow any body to visit or protest any how. They could send cadres to beat up people.
What happened to one former ambassador of the same embassy at the hands of PF cadres? Didn’t the ambassador leave? PF was not politically tolerant to divergent views, not democratic, people could be arrested on flimsy grounds, a typical example was on traffic charge against HH who was charged for treason and was taken to Mukobeko maximum security in Kabwe. He was being transported to court in a very dirty vehicle smelling dog waste. Some people lost life through gun shooting.A typical example is Chipyoka and Banda right near cabinet office.Disregard for constitution was observed. Some people were locked for long without being taken to court. The USA embassy must not listen to people from that PF government which molested citizens and troubled people of Zambia and even.deported foreign nationals on flimsy charges.Forget about those men please.Have they forgotten their old ways of harassing innocent citizens both day and night.

The current US ambassador was not around during the brutal reign of the PF, he’s probably fooled by the miles sampa of if victimisation. Let him ask his predecessor to be well informed.
