Trump administration has been wildly undercounting American casualties in the Iran war

The Trump administration has been wildly undercounting American casualties in the Iran war, according to a new bombshell investigation.

Here are the numbers they gave you: 13 U.S. service members killed, roughly 303 wounded.

Here are the real numbers, according to two government officials: hundreds of U.S. personnel killed or injured since the war began just over a month ago.

On Friday, at least 15 more U.S. troops were wounded in an Iranian attack on a Saudi air base hosting American forces. CENTCOM’s official statement sent Monday didn’t include them. When investigators asked for updated figures, they got no response.

The military is sending outdated casualty statements. The White House is threatening journalists who report on the war. The FCC is warning broadcasters that critical coverage could cost them their licenses.

And now we’re learning the death and injury toll they’ve been feeding the American public is a lie.

Meanwhile, Trump is reportedly preparing to abandon the war entirely in a matter of weeks, without a deal, without reopening the Strait of Hormuz, and without telling the allies whose economies he has blown up in the process.
