TRUMP: UKRAINE DID NOT RECEIVE SOME OF AMERICA’S MOST POWERFUL MUNITIONS
U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that Ukraine did not receive certain particularly powerful American munitions because Kyiv lacked the aircraft and other equipment required to use them.
“There are certain munitions that President Zelensky would not have wanted to take, but they are very powerful munitions. He would not have taken them because he didn’t have the planes and everything necessary to use them,” Trump said.
The U.S. president did not specify which munitions he was referring to, nor did he identify the aircraft or other military systems Ukraine would have needed to deploy them.
His remarks raise questions about the types of advanced American weapons considered for Ukraine and the technical requirements that may have limited their potential use on the battlefield.
