UKRAINIAN FORCES HIT RUSSIAN RADARS, COMMAND POSTS AND TROOP CONCENTRATIONS
Ukraine’s Defense Forces have reported strikes against Russian radar stations, command facilities and troop concentrations across Belgorod region and occupied southern and eastern Ukraine.
Radar stations were hit near Gostyshchevo and Kurganne in Russia’s Belgorod region. Such systems support Russian surveillance and air defense; damaging them can weaken the detection network protecting military positions and infrastructure.
In occupied Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian forces struck a unit control point near Tarasivka. A command and observation post was also hit near Hola Prystan in occupied Kherson region. These facilities support the coordination of Russian troops and battlefield activity.
Further strikes targeted concentrations of Russian personnel near Mykolaivka and Novoukrainka in Donetsk region, and near Berdiansk, Okhrimivka and Tarasivka in Zaporizhzhia region.
The reported attacks put pressure on several connected parts of Russia’s military operations: the radars used to detect threats, the command posts directing units and the personnel assembled to carry out orders. The extent of equipment damage and personnel losses has not been released.
