UNHAPPY PF CADRES ATTACK HON GIVEN LUBINDA AS THEY DONT RECOGNIZE HIM AND WANT PF SG OUT.
Chaos has broke out within PF after a faction group refused to be part of the campaign trail of Kaumbwe by election due to PF not supporting the losing Candidate for Petauke Central Hon Dora Siliya.
PF in Petauke is divided into 4 segments with Jay Jay Banda controling the major percentage.
Segment 1 comprises of the rebellious faction who have vowed that PF SG should step down for wrong adoption process that caused Eastern province despite being the natural Strong hold for ECL recorded the highest numbers of independents and some to UPND thence embarrassing the party badly.
This segment has refused to be part of the campaign trail as they detest the appointments of veep Hon Given Lubinda whom they portray as being the causer of making PF unpopular with his failed Bill 10.
Segment 2 comprises of Dora Siliya supoorters who have opted to move on with their lives and have nothing to do with PF or politics. These people are divided badly from district to constituency.
Segment 3 comprises of 100 % PF members who are rejecting the appointment of Hon Given Lubinda. These are semi-PF that are in numbers but are loyal to the current MP for Petauke Central Hon Jay Jay Banda.
Segment 4 are undecided with their lives as they stick with PF regardless of who’s there to lead. These are people that are even campaigning in Kaumbwe by election.
When the news of Hon Given Lubinda came about some resources where sent that landed in the wrong segment and that caused uproar as counter threats kept going on. The other segment mobilized to protest the coming of Given Lubinda and to threaten all those recognising him as this gives legitimacy to the party secretary general.
CIC has established that the campaigns in Kaumbwe has been free and fair despite foul language of tribalism and hate speech by PF top leaders that includes Dr Chishimba Kambwili and Raphael Nakacinda.
The attack on Hon Given Lubinda has been heavily linked within their segmental circles and factions in PF as UPND are far away from coordinating such an attack.
The police are yet to give a detailed program.
