UPND ALLIANCE RESUMPTION OF CAMPAIGNS A PUBLIC DISGRACE – BANDA
…says HH is so hypothetical and can’t be trusted

Advocates for National Development and Democracy (ANDD) says it has learnt with dismay the decision by UPND Alliance’s to resume campaigns amidst the national mourning period of Dr. Kenneth Kaunda.
In a statement, organisation Executive Director Samuel Banda said the decision simply demonstrates an insatiable appetite for power by the UPND.
“This decision we feel is not only unZambian, but also immoral and inhuman,” said Mr Banda.
He said the UPND made a conscious decision to suspend campaigns, and making a u-turn is not only hypocritical but also lacks integrity, because it makes one wonder if that’s how they would make national decisions if entrusted with power.
“Zambia is a Christian nation and those hoping to provide National leadership must show integrity and moral values by respecting the grieving in society,” he said.
