US WARTHOG DOWN IN PERSIAN GULF AS AIRCRAFT LOSSES MOUNT AGAINST IRAN

Another American warplane is down in the Persian Gulf region today.

An A-10 Warthog, the battle-tested tank-busting close air support jet known for its toughness, went down during strikes on Iranian targets. The pilot was safely rescued, thank God.

This follows an F-15E Strike Eagle shot down over Iran, according to reports, marking serious combat aircraft losses in one day as US forces hammer Iranian fast-attack boats threatening shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

Our A-10 pilots are flying low and slow to take out those enemy speedboats, a gritty mission that puts them in harm’s way against a regime still capable of biting back.
