I can’t watch the illegal crowning of an illegitimate and unconstitutional Bill 7 by Hakainde into law.What law can come from an Illegal process?
The Constitutional Court ruled that the Process to amend the constitution which birthed Bill 7 was illegitimate and unconstitutional. The Technical Committee ‘s report was further abandoned, never gazetted , and remains an unofficial document not worth the paper it was written on.
The Select committee debating the illegitimate and unconstitutional Bill 7 was prying in the dark with the delimitation report secret, the distribution of additional Parliamentary Seats secret, and amendments on clauses secret, and only given to the MPs a few minutes before the vote.
I ascribe to a sane Zambia, and can’t endorse such ” Madness” by even watching the Crowning of an illegitimate and unconstitutional Bill 7…Such Illegal dances belong to Nellie Mutti and Clique. Not for me.
And let Hakainde know that the issue will never go away regardless of whatever stunts he comes up with.
Bill 7 remains illegitimate and unconstitutional, and a Law which results from an illegitimate and unconstitutional Bill, is equally illegitimate and unconstitutional.
Just accept it. It is done and it is now end game. You will not change anything now. That has become the law of the land. You will just end up with BP or stroke.
He will sail through just like the bill went through with less resistance. Read the mood of the people. Not so many people are bothered with loadsheding which is due to climate change affecting not only Zambia but a lot other countries. You will die of a heart attack if you don’t prepare for the inevitable. His landslide victory. Even some opposition leaders on the ballot papers will vote for him instead of voting for themselves.
