Be informed that names of the shortlisted applicants who applied to join the defense force shall be published in the daily mall not later than 10th February 2023.
I also wish to clarify that the 5000 soldiers to be recruited is for the three defense forces ie Zambia Army, Zambia Air Force (ZAF) and Zambia National Service (ZNS).
His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema Commander In-chief of the Defense Force remains committed to creating jobs. And that this is not the last recruitment he will under take, the President is eager to create more jobs for the youths and those who shall be left out, should not feel left out but look forward to next recruitments.
The Ministry has received more than 200,000 applicants seeking to join the defense force.
