WE STARTED PURSUING MWAMBA BEFORE AUDIO, HE SHOULD JUST PRESENT HIMSELF – POLICE

The Zambia Police Service has urged PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba to present himself to law enforcement agencies due to an active bench warrant against him. Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga stated that the police had initiated pursuit of Mwamba prior to the recent controversy surrounding a leaked audio conversation.

According to Hamoonga, the police are not reacting to the audio conversation, but rather, they are following up on an existing warrant. The police spokesperson encouraged Mwamba to cooperate with the authorities, emphasizing that presenting himself would be in his best interest.

The development comes after Mwamba’s appearance on Diamond TV’s Breakfast Show, where he discussed the leaked audio conversation. The police maintain that the warrant against Mwamba is a separate issue that needs to be addressed. By presenting himself, Mwamba can resolve the matter and avoid further complications.

The call for Mwamba to present himself highlights the importance of cooperation with law enforcement agencies. The Zambia Police Service remains committed to upholding the law and ensuring that individuals with active warrants are brought to justice.

  1. The American Government is habouring a criminal who has an active Police case in the Zambian courts.
The funny thing is they are very good at pointing out to others how justice is being subverted. Their current policy of getting rid of criminals from their country and here is a man hidding in America conducting interviews to undermine democracy let alone running away from the law.
Mwamba assulted a Police officer. Would America allow such a situation? The American Ambassador should these games his Administration is playing….of pay to play; and using Mwamba and PF against the people of Zambia. A crime is a crime and America should not allow people to use its country to hide from crimes they comit.

  2. I just imagine how some countries feel when law breakers are kept by other countries. They usually feel very bad. They aways want those law breakers even when they are not their nationals. They must also know how we feel.

  3. We are patiently waiting for the Zambia Police Service to call Robert Chabinga for ;
1 .Threatening Violence against Ambassador Emmanuel Mwamba and Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa

    2. Threatening Violence against anyone seen wearing PF regalia in Mfuwe Bye Elections

    3. Threatening Violence against Women who will attend the PF Convention

    4. Threatening to commit Aggravated Robbery to Steal Money from a person known to Chabinga

    5. Corrupt Practices involving Journalists through a certain Mabvuto Phiri.

    6. Usurping the Powers vested in the Commander in Chief by Ordering the Inspector General of Police to stay away and watch, while Robert Chabinga is commiting lawlessness.

These are serious Offences which require Police action without any delay. Hon Mulenga Fube lodged in a complaint last week, we are still waiting.

On Ambassador Emmanuel Mwamba, I know of some case involving the assault of a police officer. I remember this matter is before the courts.
I don’t know of other Offences Allegedly committed by Ambassador Emmanuel Mwamba being pursued by the Police.
There was that speculation on the President’s health, and the alleged pregnancy of Chipo Mwanawasa which aroused Police Interest..Apart from these I don’t know of any other cases. The police being professionals , I guess, will diligently follow whatever transgressions Ambassador Emmanuel Mwamba is accused of having committed.

Robert Chabinga however faces much more serious Offences, and Police action is required like yesterday.
    We are waiting.!

    • Chabinga only said he will deal with those people.Get a dictionary and learn what Deal means.Dullards like you spend so much time thinking about Trish.Spend a little more time in a library near you.
