WHY ME AT COURT !
THIS afternoon, Francis Kapwepwe, alias Why Me, a TikToker, appeared in the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court, charged with three counts of hate speech and cyber related crimes.
Despite previous false claims by some bloggers that he had died, Kapwepwe appeared before a magistrate, accompanied by a lawyer.
Following the adjournment of the case to August 26 for possible plea taking, he was transported back to detention.
We thank God that freedom fighter Why Me is still alive.
Why did the Zambia Police deny that he was in their custody?
After 2026, Why Me will be a free man, and heavily compensated for wrongful arrest and torture.
REJECT TRIBALISM, CORRUPTION AND OPPRESSION.

So what was difficult about saying that the suspect is in detention and will be presented to court soon? When you allow gaps in communication, people will always fill in the blanks.
Who are you?Why should they let you know that he has been arrested.Are you involved.

Am not talking about answering what you consider ‘ moohs’ , obviously making cow like noise. Am talking about the responsibility which a government has to the people of Zambia on arrested citizens, especially those considered high profile.
The Zambia Police do give regular announcements on Road Traffic Accidents, Murders, Rapes , and a lot of other transgressions…and since President Hakainde Hichilema considers Tonga Hate Speech a very serious Offence, the Zambia Police should have informed the nation that
Why Me, considered ‘ enemy Number 1 ‘ regarding Tonga Hate Speech has finally been captured by our Gallant Police Officers.

Such a tiny creatures like “Why me” can’t be a threat…a threat to who? At what level can he enter? The reason for his arrest shouldn’t be mistaken for fighting a politician BUT to discipline a badly brought up small boy who finds pleasure in insulting and demeaning elders.
