ZELENSKYY ARRIVES IN BRITAIN FOR HIGH-LEVEL SECURITY TALKS
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Britain with the Ukrainian delegation for a series of high-level meetings intended to strengthen Ukraine’s security and defense
An audience with King Charles III is scheduled for today, followed by an important meeting with Prime Minister Andy Burnham. Zelenskyy said the discussions would cover a wide range of security issues and prepare decisions capable of strengthening Ukraine.
The visit comes at a critical moment. Russia is escalating its attacks on Ukrainian cities and energy infrastructure, while questions grow over intelligence sharing, military communications and the reliability of American support.
Britain has remained one of Ukraine’s most consistent partners throughout Russia’s war. Today’s meetings will offer Kyiv an opportunity to secure additional commitments and coordinate the next stage of support with a country that has repeatedly demonstrated that its promises to Ukraine carry weight.
“Thank you to the King, the Prime Minister, and all of Britain for your support,” Zelenskyy said.
