Substitute Morgan Ng’ona with myself in the Case in Kabwe between the PF, Miles Sampa
Miles Sampa Files Application in Kabwe High Court to Update PF Legal Status
KABWE (March 16, 2026) —
Hon Miles Sampa has confirmed that he has been to the High Court in Kabwe to formally update the legal records regarding the party’s leadership.
Sampa has filed an application before Hon. Mr. Justice Kelvin Hancubwili Limbani to amend a restraining order/injunction that has been in place since November 2025.

If Miles Sampa thinks the Kabwe High Court will move a finger on this case , he is just fooling himself.
Miles Sampa has been put in a place right where they want him.
The Judgement by the Hon Judge Concepta Chinyanwa has been appealed by
Morgan Ng’ona in the Court of Appeal. The Kabwe High Court can’t do anything until the higher court rules on this case.
And the Court of Appeal has ” Procedures” .. very long Procedures. Meanwhile Judges do have workshops, capacity building they say, and they also become sick , and attend to bereavements. It’s not today when the case will be heard.
It’s a check mate for Mr Miles Sampa…The Chess analogy I can give him is that he is in a check mate position with the Queen ( Executive) , Two Rooks( Legislature and Judiciary) , the Knight fork ( Registrar of Societies and ECZ ) and the Bishops ( ZP with it’s Public Order Act ) all aiming at Him..Any move is blocked.
The man can’t function as PF President or Secretary. He can’t organize a PF Rally as Zambia Police can’t give him a permit. He has no Legal Authority.
The Speaker of the Legislature cant act on his directives.
ECZ can’t allow him on the Ballot as PF Presidential candidate.
He is completely nothing…Put right where they want him. Imingalato!
Cont’ .
Am flabbergasted, completely amazed that Hon Given Lubinda and Hon Chishimba Kambwili are going with Hon Miles Sampa.
Sampa is totally Nothing. This is not rocket science..It’s a plain fact .
Whoever can’t see this fact is equally playing Imingalato.
It is fair to say that Morgan Ng’ona will file an Affidavit in Opposition exhibiting Order of Stay by the Court of Appeal, and therefore the High Court in Kabwe will not hear this matter pending outcome in the Court of Appeal which has a backlog of cases for two years.
