The U.S. military is reportedly delaying a $14 billion weapons sale to Taiwan to ensure enough weapons remain available for a potential prolonged conflict with Iran.



Acting U.S. Navy Secretary Hung Cao confirmed the move during a Senate hearing on May 21, as President Donald Trump signaled he may discuss the issue directly with Taiwan’s president.
