WHEN WE FORM GOVERNMENT NEXT MONTH, OUR PRIORITY WILL BE THE ZAMBIAN PEOPLE – Brian Mundubile writes ✍️..

“Earlier today, we addressed the people of Kawambwa and Mwansabombwe districts while reflecting on the direction our country has taken since the change of government in 2021.

We reminded the people that this government sought to allocate six million hectares of Zambian land to foreign investors on 99 year lease for farming while many local farmers continued to struggle to access even modest allocations of fertilizer.

For four years, Zambians endured prolonged load shedding that crippled businesses, disrupted livelihoods and imposed immense hardship on families.

The current government also introduced cyber laws that threaten freedom of expression and make it more difficult for citizens to hold those in power accountable for the promises they made.

That is not the kind of government that puts the interests of its own people first.

When we form government next month, our priority will be the Zambian people.

We will ensure that farmers receive eight bags of fertilizer to increase agricultural production, strengthen food security and improve household incomes.

Ulubuto nalwisa. Light has come.”

  1. This is a very vague blanket statement.
    Says everything.
    And says nothing.

Like the nothing that Mundubile delivered as MP for Mporokoso in the 10 years he has served.

  2. Clearly, Mr. Mundubile will run the economy into the ground just like his mentor Mr. Lungu did. Except this time it will be at lightening speed. Within a year, he will destroy all that has been so painfully laid over the last five years.

As always happens, to keep himself in power he will resort to violent oppression and by then, it will be too late for us.

    Ukwali insoke, takwafwile bantu.
