Bury Dr Guy Scott in an Empty Grave Meant for ECL.
I second the idea of burying Dr. Guy Scott in the unused presidential gravesite. He once served as Zambia’s Head of State and deserves a dignified burial befitting that office.
Since the gravesite prepared for former President Edgar Lungu was never used, allocating it to Dr. Scott would ensure it serves its intended national purpose while honoring a former Head of State.
May Dr. Guy Scott rest in peace.

These boys were badly brought up. Even at family level, you can buy a burial plot at the Council for you to be buried.
