It’s “criminal” to say if you vote for opposition, development will be denied, says Gary
GARY Nkombo says it is “criminal” for anyone to tell voters that if they don’t vote for the ruling party MPs then they will be denied development.
President Hakainde Hichilema has repeatedly advised voters across the country not to vote for independent or opposition candidates if they want to continue with development.
But in a video shared on his Facebook page, Monday, Nkombo argued that national resources should be shared equitably regardless of political party affiliation.
“I want to make it clear, and I want to make it abundantly clear that it is by law that the national resource must be shared equitably in all constituencies, in all wards of the country regardless of what ticket you go to parliament on,” News Diggers reports.
