PF THUG BLACK APPLE, WHO CAUSED SO MUCH PAIN TO MANY UPND MEMBERS WHEN IN OPPOSITION, AND PETER MA CHAIN REMAIN IN CUSTODY FIVE WEEKS AFTER RE-ARREST
Joe Nyondo, popularly known as Black Apple, and Peter Kashala, alias Peter Ma Chain, remain in custody five weeks after they were re-arrested despite initially meeting their bail conditions.
The two, who are known as key security personnel for presidential candidates Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu, are among 14 people facing prosecution over an incident alleged to have occurred in Chawama on June 5, 2026.
The accused were initially charged with assault, criminal trespass, and theft. However, when they appeared before Magistrate Sinvula on June 25, 2026, the prosecution amended the indictment by adding three new charges and substituting the theft count with malicious damage to property. The court granted the application without objection from the defense.
The accused persons have denied all the charges.
The 14 accused are:

Some of the accused remain in custody pending the fulfillment of their revised bail conditions.
They are being represented by Jonas Zimba of Makebi Zulu Advocates together with Kambwa Aongola.
The matter was scheduled to commence trial on July 15, 2026.


The thugs will simply continue from where they left off, except this time they will take no prisoners.
