  1. There are Ugandans still mourning Idi Amin. There are Iraqis still mourning Saddam Hussein. There are Libyans still mourning Gaddafi and there will be Ugandans who will mourn Museveni and Zambians who will mourn HH. Every human being has value to someone else in the world. They are all free to express their feelings.
