War of Words Escalates as Netanyahu and Iranian General Exchange Sharp Military Warnings
A fresh exchange of rhetoric between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and a senior Iranian military commander has further intensified tensions between the two regional rivals, with both sides making bold claims about air superiority and military capabilities.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that “there is no safe place left in Tehran,” asserting that the Israeli Air Force has established complete control over Iranian airspace. His remarks suggested confidence in Israel’s ability to conduct sustained aerial operations deep inside Iran.
An Iranian general responded forcefully, dismissing Netanyahu’s claims and arguing that Israeli aircraft would struggle to return home if they entered Iranian airspace.
