There is one leader who has given himself 800 mining licences for selfish reasons and he has refused to publish the aerial exploration report conducted by a private company.  I have bad news for this greedy gentleman, after August 13, we will cancel and redistribute these mining licences to Zambians – Mundubile in Mufumbwe

He highlighted concerns about a particular leader who had granted himself an extraordinary 800 mining licences, a move Mundubile described as motivated by selfish interests.

Furthermore, the same leader had refused to disclose an aerial exploration report conducted by a private company, raising questions about transparency and accountability in the management of mineral resources.

Mundubile warned that this situation would soon change.

He conveyed a firm message that after August 13, the government intended to revoke the licences unfairly distributed by this individual and redistribute them fairly among the Zambian people.

This pledge underscored his commitment to ensuring that mining rights serve the broader public interest rather than narrow personal gains.
