“Feel at Home Here” – Senior Chief Kasempa Welcomes Mundubile, Makebi to North-Western Province
KASEMPA, July 31, 2026 – Senior Chief Kasempa has welcomed NRP-UP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile and his running mate Makebi Zulu to North-Western Province, telling the opposition leaders that they should feel at home regardless of where they come from.
The message was delivered through the Senior Chief’s representative when Mundubile and Zulu paid a courtesy call on the traditional leadership ahead of their public rally in Kasempa District on Friday.
According to the representative, the traditional leadership believes every Zambian is free to live, work and participate in the affairs of any part of the country, in line with the national motto of “One Zambia, One Nation.”
The remarks were warmly received by the Tonse Pamodzi Alliance delegation, with Mundubile describing the message as a powerful reminder of the unity that has defined Zambia since independence.
