Citizens First (CF) leader Harry Kalaba says the PF and UPND administrations are two of the most corrupt administrations, whose leadership is mostly focussed on what they will gain from public contracts and resources, and that they will now go after the country’s “petty cash” after they have exhausted all the public deals.
