Ukraine Launches Drone Strikes on Two Major Russian Oil Refineries
Ukraine launched a wave of long-range drone attacks targeting major oil facilities in southern Russia, with the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai reportedly hit and a large fire breaking out at the site.
At least five people were reported injured in the attack, according to local authorities.
A second wave of drone strikes was also reported in Samara Oblast, where Russian authorities reported attacks targeting an oil refinery and industrial facilities.
The reported strikes come as Ukraine continues targeting Russia’s energy infrastructure in an effort to disrupt fuel production and military logistics.
