Barack Obama just recreated his infamous tan suit moment.
Bringing back the look that sparked an unexpected national controversy.
Obama wore the light-colored suit during a White House press conference about the U.S. response to ISIS. Instead of focusing solely on the policy announcement, critics and media personalities spent an absurd amount of attention debating whether the tan suit was too casual and inappropriate for a president.
The look became a viral political talking point, with the controversy eventually overshadowing much of the actual event.
Now, more than a decade later, Obama is bringing the tan suit back and teasing that he’s finally ready to reveal the truth behind it
“People always ask me where the tan suit came from. I think it’s time the truth finally came out.”
The answer will reportedly come in the series finale of Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness.
