IRGC Commander: Iran Can Sustain Ballistic Missile Production for Years
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed that the country’s ballistic missile production capacity exceeds its rate of use, signaling Tehran’s confidence in its ability to sustain a prolonged conflict.
IRGC commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi said Iran is producing ballistic missiles at a rate higher than they are being deployed.
“We produce ballistic missiles at a rate higher than their use. In the field of drones as well, our production capacity far exceeds our deployment rate.”
Naqdi added that even if a war were to continue for several years, Iran would retain the ability to launch ballistic missiles against its adversaries.
“Even if the war lasts several years, our ballistic missiles will continue to fall on the enemy.”
The remarks underscore Tehran’s emphasis on domestic weapons production and its strategy of maintaining a sustained missile and drone capability during any prolonged confrontation.
