ECZ WARNS AGAINST SHARING IMAGES OF BALLOT PAPERS ONLINE.
Electoral Commission of Zambia-ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has noted that sharing images of ballot papers online indicating the manner in which a citizen has voted constitutes an offence.
Mr. Kasaro says the Commission has noted with concern the publishing of such images in this year’s general election.
He has stated that ECZ will look into the matter
