PVT SHOWS MUNDUBILE LEADS IN SEVEN PROVINCES — LET’S PROTECT THE VOTE!
The National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity (NRPUP) wishes to inform the Zambian people that, based on our Parrallel Voter Tabulation (PVT) system, we are currently recording a comfortable lead in seven of Zambia’s ten provinces.
Our data, based on results being independently collected, verified and tabulated by our structures, indicates that the NRPUP is on course for electoral victory.
We however call upon our supporters, agents and all patriotic Zambians to protect the vote by being vigilant and disciplined as the counting, verification and transmission of results continues.
WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE PEOPLE’S VOTE TO BE SUBVERTED
We have, received disturbing reports alleging attempts to interfere with the electoral process and manipulate election documentation in certain parts of the country.
In particular, we have received reports alleging tampering with Gen 20 forms in Northern Province, Copperbelt ,Luapula and Muchinga Provinces.
We take these reports extremely seriously.
We also call upon the Acting Northern Province Permanent Secretary, Ms Beauty Undi and other Permanent Secretaries in the named Provinces to stay completely away from the electoral process or risk being prosecuted for committing electoral malpractices.
We demand that allegations that Ms Undi and other Public officials are interfering in the electoral process must be investigated immediately and those responsible must be held accountable.
INTIMIDATION AND REMOVAL OF POLLING AGENTS IN NORTH WESTERN AND SOUTHERN PROVINCES
We are also deeply concerned by reports emerging from North Western and Southern Provinces indicating coordinated actions by election officers to unlawfully chase away polling agents belonging to opposition parties and independent candidates on flimsy and unsubstantiated grounds.
Our Mushindano candidate, Ruth Kitambo, has specifically reported that all her polling agents were forcibly removed from all the 11 polling stations, of Mapunga Ward, Kashiba polling station under Musaka, Luamala and Kibuye polling stations under Mulonga, as well as agents representing independent candidates. These actions resulted in a situation where only UPND polling agents remain present at these stations, raising serious concerns about the integrity, transparency, and fairness of the voting process.
We condemn in the strongest terms the conduct by election officers that are clearly in collusion with the UPND to manipulate the votes
We call upon the ECZ to urgently investigate these incidents and ensure that results from such polling stations are scrutinized to ensure that polling agents from the opposition were present at the time of voting and compiling of votes.
ECZ MUST EXPLAIN THE ROLE OF PERMANENT SECRETARIES AND DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS
We also demand a clear explanation from the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) regarding the legal basis upon which Permanent Secretaries and District Commissioners, who fall under the Office of the President, have apparently been incorporated into the management or coordination of electoral activities.
The ECZ must tell the nation:
Under which specific provision of the Electoral Act or other applicable law has this additional layer of election management been created?
Elections must be administered through institutions and procedures established by law. There must be no ambiguity about who is responsible for managing, transmitting, verifying and safeguarding electoral results.
ALERT IN LUAPULA PROVINCE
We have also received information alleging possible coordination between elements within Security institutions and the UPND aimed at influencing or altering the electoral outcome in Luapula Province.
We are closely monitoring developments in the Province and have instructed our structures and election agents to document every irregularity and immediately report any attempt to interfere with the people’s vote.
We call upon the ECZ, security agencies and all election officials to act professionally and impartially.
OUR MESSAGE TO OUR SUPPORTERS
Our message to NRPUP supporters is simple:
Remain calm. Remain vigilant. Protect every vote.
Do not engage in violence or provocation.
Our victory must be secured through the law, through proper documentation, through our agents and through the truth contained in the votes cast by the Zambian people.
We will continue collecting and independently verifying results from polling stations across the country.
The people have spoken.
Their vote must be respected.

Faken jokers.
The PF demons have once again taken possession of their victims. But the ECZ will very soon cast them out.
