MY SINCERE GRATITUDE TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF MUNALI
My fellow citizens. As we wait for Electoral commision of Zambia declaration of a winner in Munali, I pay my heartfelt gratitude to the people of Munali, for the trust, support and warmth that has been demonstrated to me throughout this journey.
My decision to participate in politics and present myself for election is deeply based on my attachment to Munali. The relationships I have built within this community made it impossible for me to simply stand aside. In short, I stepped forward because I care about this constituency and the people. My desire is to serve and make a difference.
I also offer my personal gratitude to every person who opened their home and their door to me and my team. I offer my sincere thanks to those who contributed financially and materially as well as to everyone who offered words of encouragement when the journey became difficult.
Your support gave me the strength to soldier on.
My salutations would not be complete if I do not single out my entire team for the sacrifice, loyalty and hard work you demonstrated throughout the campaign. I remain indebted to you.
As we wait for Electoral commision of Zambia declaration for the winner I remain hopeful that the peoples WILL prevails.
Munali remains my home and have a special place in my heart.
