KAPIRI MPOSHI WEST CONSTITUENCY DECLARATION – MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
16th,August,2026-The Electoral Commission of Zambia(ECZ) has officially declared the results of the Member of Parliament election for Kapiri Mposhi West Constituency, Kapiri Mposhi District,
The results were as follows:
-KAKUBO STANLEY – UPND: 8,509votes
-Nkausu Jackline – IND: 2,932votes
-Berlingtone Mubanga – NRPUP: 2,858 votes
-Muyowe Kelvin- IND:1,024votes
A total of 15,966 votes were cast, with 643 ballot papers rejected.
Following the declaration by the Returning Officer,MULEYA COLLETY , KAKUBO Stanley of the UPND was duly declared elected as the Member of Parliament for Kapiri Mposhi West Constituency.
The declaration marks the conclusion of the counting and verification process.
